Get in touch

One message, and it is out of your hands.

Write as little as you like. Angus reads every enquiry himself and replies within 24 hours — and the first 15 minutes on the phone costs nothing either way.

How would you prefer to be contacted?

You do not have to explain everything here. This only needs to be enough to start a conversation.

Goes straight to Angus, and nowhere else. Replies come within 24 hours.

After you send it

What happens next.

Angus reads it himself

There is no reception desk and no intake team. Your message goes to Angus, and he replies within 24 hours from a private address — not a marketing system.

A short call, if you want one

Most people take the free 15 minutes phone call first. You say roughly what is going on, ask anything you like, and get a straight answer about whether this is the right fit.

No obligation at the end of it

If counselling is not what you need, or someone else would suit you better, Angus will say so and point you towards them. That is a good outcome, not a wasted call.

Getting here

Tree of Life Integral Centre is a weatherboard house set back off 3 Denmark Street, behind a hedge. There is street parking out front and the 109 tram stops a few minutes away.

If coming in is hard

Phone and video sessions run the same 50 minutes for the same fee, anywhere in Australia. Plenty of people never come to Kew at all.

Evenings are available

After-hours appointments exist for people who cannot take time out of a working day. Ask when you get in touch.

If waiting 24 hours is too long

This is a private practice, not a crisis service. If you need someone tonight, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 — they answer any hour. In an emergency, call 000. There is no shame in either call.
